This item usually leaves the warehouse in 1-2 business days, unless the item is backordered, which will be noted in the product listing. Transit time may vary, but is typically 3-5 business days for delivery.
All returns must be requested within 25 days from the original delivery date. All merchandise must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original secure packaging. A credit will be issued, less 15% restocking fee, and less return shipping.
All lighting is subject to return freight & restocking fees, unless defects, faulty wiring, or workmanship quality issues is the cause for the return.
If, upon receipt and inspection, merchandise is found altered, installed, or used, we reserve the right to request authorization to return merchandise to our customer, as credit will not be issued. Response is requested within 48 hours. Past this window, the items will be discarded, and credit will not be issued.
Special made-to-order, discontinued, and sale items are not subject to return.
Large quantity lighting returns (more than 4 items) are not accepted.
