SHIPPING

Our standard processing time for in-stock decor is 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Special circumstances that would fall outside of this turn-around time are backordered items and made to order items, which would be noted in the description of the listing.

All packages will be shipped via UPS & USPS ground (2-5 days), unless expedited shipping is selected and paid for.

FURNITURE & OVERSIZED SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Most of our furniture and large decor items will be shipped directly from our vendors and delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, most pieces ship within 2-4 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece.


If the item is back-ordered, the estimated in-stock date will be provided in the descriptions. These are typically accurate, but delays do occur. Once an item is back in stock, the item will follow the above shipping process.

RETURNS

FURNITURE & MIRRORS:
Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. We will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

If a defect is discovered and/or delivery is refused, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to schedule a replacement and ensure you are satisfied with delivery.

Please note that some of our items are one of a kind, salvaged and/or made from natural materials. In this case, some natural variations are expected, and these items are typically noted in the descriptions.


RUGS:
Returns are accepted, as long as contact is made within 7 days of receiving your item, and it is in a new, unused condition. Return Shipping/Return Postage will be at the customers expense. Some items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, so please contact us for further assistance.

If an item is delivered damaged, please contact us during store hours and we will be happy to coordinate a replacement.

IN STOCK DECOR:
Returns are accepted as long as the shipment is postmarked within 15 days of receiving your item, and returned in new, unused condition. If there is a problem with your order, we would love the opportunity to make it right! Once an order has been placed for an in-stock item, generally cancellations cannot be submitted. Please contact us for any questions regarding your order!
