Standard processing time for wallpaper is 1-3 business days, unless backordered, which will be noted in the product listing. All packages are shipped UPS or Fedex, with a typical transit time of 2-5 days.
Wallcovering returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 30% restock, plus return shipping. All returns must be made within 25 days of delivery date. Cut rolls or open rolls are not acceptable for credit.
The customer must check to make sure that the design, color and quantity is correct compared to what they ordered while the product is still in the packaging. Please examine the wallcoverings for imperfections before cutting and installing the wallcovering.
