Elegantly abashed and rich with contemporary charm, the Celeste collection boasts an assortment of vintage looks with brilliant pops of color and high sheen. The incredibly soft Jamila area rug features a distressed medallion pattern in on-trend hues of blue, beige, olive, light brown, and dark gray, complimented by short, cream fringe. The high-low, polyester pile boasts a durable and livable quality, lending the ideal accent for high-traffic spaces or homes with kids and pets.

Care Instructions:
Blot stains immediately and clean using a mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off.

SHIPPING

Our standard processing time for in-stock decor is 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Special circumstances that would fall outside of this turn-around time are backordered items and made to order items, which would be noted in the description of the listing.

All packages will be shipped via UPS & USPS ground (2-5 days), unless expedited shipping is selected and paid for.

Made-to-order items will vary in lead times. Please refer to the product’s shipping section for more information.


FURNITURE & OVERSIZED SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Most of our furniture and oversized decor items will be shipped directly from our vendors and delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, most pieces ship within 1-3 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 2-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece.

All oversized items include Threshold delivery. Threshold is defined as the carrier delivering your item to your exterior front door, main entrance, or garage.

For Over-The-Threshold, or White Glove delivery service, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order. Once you have placed your order, delivery methods cannot be changed.

If the item is back-ordered, the estimated in-stock date will be provided in the descriptions. These are typically accurate, but delays do occur. Once an item is back in stock, the item will follow the above shipping process.

RETURNS

FURNITURE & OVERSIZED:

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order, but a 6% processing fee will apply. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Once an order is transmitted to our vendor, it cannot be cancelled. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. We will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them.

We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

If a defect is discovered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to schedule a replacement and ensure you are satisfied with delivery.

Please note that some of our items are one of a kind, salvaged and/or made from natural materials. In this case, some natural variations are expected, and these items are typically noted in the descriptions. 

RUGS:

Rugs purchased online are accepted, as long as contact is made within 7 days of receiving your item, and it is in a new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Rugs is subject to inspection, and once it is determined that it is in its original condition, a refund will be issued. All rug returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping/return postage will be at the customer's expense.

*Some of our rugs are subject to a 25% restocking fee, so please contact us for further assistance if you have questions before placing your order.

Rugs purchased in-store, as well as online for in-store pick up are final sale and thus returns are not accepted. We encourage you to visit our store in person to view our stocked rugs before purchasing.

If an item is delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt we will be happy to coordinate a replacement.

We have many of our rug samples available in-store. Please visit our Main Street location and we would be happy to assist you in finding your perfect rug! If you would like to inquire about ordering a sample, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS:

Made to order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

IN-STOCK DECOR:

Returns are accepted as long as the shipment is postmarked within 15 days of receiving your item, and returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
