Our standard processing time for in-stock decor is 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Special circumstances that would fall outside of this turn-around time are backordered items and made to order items, which would be noted in the description of the listing.
All packages will be shipped via UPS & USPS ground (2-5 days), unless expedited shipping is selected and paid for.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
Made to order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order purchases. All of our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.
If a defect is discovered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to schedule a replacement and ensure you are satisfied with delivery.
