This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. All oversized items include Threshold delivery. Threshold is defined as the carrier delivering your item to your exterior front door, main entrance, or garage.
For Over-The-Threshold, or White Glove delivery service, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order. Once you have placed your order, delivery methods cannot be changed.
If the item is back-ordered, the estimated in-stock date will be provided in the descriptions. These are typically accurate, but delays do occur. Once an item is back in stock, the item will follow the above shipping process.
